Workshop Manufacturing

A workshop environment that meets even the most stringent requirements. Maximum dimensions of the part to be manufactured: 20,000 x 6,000 x 4,500 (L x W x H, mm). Maximum weight: 10 tons. In the workshop, carbon steel products are manufactured in their dedicated space.

Installation

The company’s installation equipment and personnel meet the highest standards and are capable of executing the most demanding installation projects. Our field of activity is global. Thanks to our extensive subcontracting network, we are capable of large-scale projects and are specialists in shutdown work.

On-Site Services

Our flexible and versatile equipment allows us to set up an on-site manufacturing unit to the immediate proximity of the project site.

Maintenance

We maintain your industrial plant in safe operating condition throughout its entire life cycle. Services are provided on a case-by-case basis, as hourly work, with an annual contract or per project.

Expert Services

We offer installation supervision, supervision, cost estimation for industrial projects, installation planning and welding coordination. Contact us for more information, and we will find a solution.

Our operating environment

Safety

Safety at work is always our top priority. Tidiness and orderliness at the work site, along with safely executed work, are the guiding principles we follow in every project. Safe working practices also ensure a high-quality outcome and adherence to the schedule. All company personnel hold valid occupational safety cards and hot work licences, and a first-aid trained person is present at every work site.

Quality

A quality management system in accordance with SFS-EN ISO 9001 is currently under development, and certification of the system will begin during 2025.
Welding quality control: all welding work is done according to SFS-EN-ISO 3834-3, if necessary according to 3834-2.
All welders are qualified according to SFS-EN-ISO 9606-1.
We have our own welding work coordination (IWS).
Welding instructions according to ISO 15614:2019, instructions approved by procedure tests.
